01 / Our programmes

More equitable systems.
Better everyday lives.

Our work connects community priorities with evidence and practical delivery. Explore the six programme areas at the heart of that approach.

01

Inclusive education

Removing barriers to learning through stronger teaching, inclusive classrooms, school readiness, and a safe, supportive environment conducive to learning for every child.

02

Health & wellbeing

Promoting physical and mental wellbeing, sexual and reproductive health, and the prevention of sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV). Working with communities to reduce stigma and improve access to inclusive, respectful care, particularly for young people and people with disabilities.

03

Agriculture and Food Security

Strengthening sustainable farming and reliable access to affordable, nutritious food. Working with smallholder farmers and communities to promote climate-resilient practices, reduce post-harvest losses, and improve access to knowledge, resources, and markets, with particular attention to women, young people, and excluded groups.

04

Inclusive livelihoods

Connecting skills, secure work, and economic opportunity for excluded groups, with a focus on empowering women and young people to build sustainable livelihoods and greater economic independence.

05

Democracy and Good Governance

Strengthening elections, leadership selection, and participatory governance while advancing transparency, accountability, and fiscal governance. Our work includes analysing budgets, tracking expenditure, procurement observation, and monitoring delivery to help ensure public resources are used for the benefit of the people.

06

Disability Advocacy

Promoting, protecting, and defending the human rights and equal treatment of people with disabilities through inclusion, accessibility, and advocacy. Working alongside people with disabilities to remove barriers, challenge discrimination, and strengthen their voice in decisions that affect their lives.

02 / Our approach

Evidence grounded in everyday life.

Lasting change needs more than a good idea. We bring research and practice together, working alongside communities and partners to understand what matters and learn what works.
